FURTHER, THIS STUDY IDENTIFIES THE SOFT SKILLS NECESSARY TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL IT PROFESSIONALS AND THE MOST COMMON GAPS FROM ACADEMIA'S PERSPECTIVE.
