This paper theoretically tries to explore how surveillance is employed in organizations and the challenges faced in using different forms of surveillance. The paper aims to build a comprehensive model for organizational surveillance of their employees and understand the factors that moderate the relationship between the exercise of surveillance and employee attitudes.
