Summary: Today, in every curriculum of business education of any University or any autonomous school of business, business economics is studied as a core subject. This title "ECONOMICS FOR BUSINESS" covers both micro economic aspects and deals with the application of economic laws to business problems and cater to the needs of all business economics students. Every economics law has been analysed with graphs. Quantitative techniques are also used wherever necessary to understand the application of an economic law. Some case studies are also given to give an insight into business problem and how an economic law can solve it. Chapter summaries are included to know the Central theme of each chapter. Study questions are incorporated at the end of each chapter for self evaluation. Many works on the subject were consulted while preparing this book.
