Summary: The importance of Case Studies in teaching pedagogy is undeniable. As such, the subject and its basic concept are required to be clearly understood by all those who are associated with the EDUCATION Industry. A number of well written books are available on the subject. However, we felt there was a dearth of a case study books which is very simple to understand, which is addressed to the student community and also which is relevant to the Indian condition. Hence, our endeavour to fill this gap. The 22 cases that we have written are unique and represent the scenario as it exists in the developing country like India. This book will be of great help to the students appearing for MBA, MMS, MBA (Part Time), M.Com. and other allied Management Courses of Indian Universities. More particularly, the book covers the portions of Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and other universities in the Western Region.
