It was assumed that there had not been any similar research conducted on the faculty of management educational institutions in the Rayalaseema region of AP. Therefore, this study could make an important contribution in terms of research in management and organizational behavior. The objective of the study is to examine different variables that impact the job satisfaction of the faculty of management educational institutions.
