Investigating the Impact of Workplace Spirituality on Ethical Climate

Work is no longer seen as a means to earn money. Individuals are in the quest for finding meaning, connection, fulfillment and nourishment at work. It is found that allowing and encouraging spirituality in the workplace leads to improved ethical behavior at a personal level and an enhanced ethical climate at the organizational level. The study found that workplace spirituality of the teachers and ethical climate in the schools are strongly related with each other. Workplace spirituality is also found to have an effect on ethical climate.
