This year, the Survey will be released by Dr. Noeleen Heyzer, Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of ESCAP, in Bangkok, Thailand on May 10. Simultaneous launches will take place in 32 locations in Asia-Pacific, the Americas, Europe and Africa
