THIS RESEARCH HAS CONSIDERED TWO INTANGIBLE FACTORS AFFECTING IT, WHICH ARE; JOB SATISFACTION AND WORK ENGAGEMENT. AN EMPIRICAL STUDY WAS CONDUCTED TO VALIDATE THE VARIABLES RELATIONSHI TO ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, AND THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT BOTH CONSTRUCTS HAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE DEPENDENT VARIABLE.
