300 _a48-62 p.

Although a lot has been talked about work values earlier, this study evaluates its relevance in today's digital era. Digitalization has brought in dynamism in today's business world, giving a new meaning to work-related attributes. This has caused new challenges to emerge, demanding colossal changes at workplace. Aspects such as empowerment, job security, congenial working environment, and accomplishment have replaced the traditional beliefs. Variations of work value dimensions across these variables were found and factors affecting each established. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
