In today’s society, consumers are the market’s ultimate ruler. Without customers, no enterprise can exist. The focus of a company’s efforts is on its customers and their satisfaction. This study aims to know the importance of an advertisement in customers’ minds. Also, it analyses the factors influencing consumer preferences and product choices regarding FMCG items.
